This is a personally dedicated and signed book from Reichsführer Himmler to Standartenführer  Dr. Eugen Dollmann on his birthday, August 21, 1944.  The book is in fine condition with original dust-jacket (with tape to reinforce the corners), and pen dedicated and signed in the front.  Book is in outstanding condition!  Dollmann was chief of the NSDAP Press Office in Italy, was a close-confidant of Himmler, General Wolfe.  Read more about him in Wikipedia, but this guy was a colorful individual!
