Construction is very high quality, with multi-piece construction and the cotton SS runic bolts heavily sewn to the black canvas banner.  About 2x5 in size (feet), it features grommets on all corners which are excessively worn, suggesting actual use during the period.  Definitely a podium or window banner, as it's only one-sided.  While I cannot prove the pre-may 1945 status of this piece, there are no red flags suggesting this is anything other than an original podium banner.  Quality construction, uniform age, no black-light hit.  Still, I am pricing the starting bid low so the market can decide the value of this piece.
