Extremely rare board with a German silver, hollow struck Gothic "G" cipher.  This would have been worn on the black service tunic in the very early years of the SS-VT.  Later in the war, the G cipher was transitioned to a more traditional latin script.  These came in singles and were worn on the right shoulder.  There was a brief time in the late 1930s where the field grey service tunic could have featured this board in duplicate.
