This high quality tunic is exceptionally well made. Constructed of high quality wool and expertly lined with silk/satin interior, whoever owned this was definitely an officer with extra funds at his disposal! Zero mothing, hardly any wear. Size is about a 40 Short (US Size). Eagle is one of the better examples encountered. All insignia is bright with no aluminum "powdering." In summary, unupgradable.
