Visor worn by an NSDAP "Golden Pheasant" official assigned to local area NSDAP leadership, as denoted by the blue piping.  Hat exterior is in outstanding condition, per the photos.  This is an early piece without a wreath around the cockade that was added later, after the war started. Interior shows wear.  Please note the separation of the sweatband from the hat structure.  From the outside, this hat looks "minty" - so it'd be great for a mannequin display without breaking the bank!
