These are collar tabs used by the National Socialist Motor Corps (NSKK). The NSKK was a paramilitary organization of the Nazi Party focused on motorized transport and training. The tabs are a standard NSKK officer insignia pattern. The presence of three silver pips indicates rank of Sturmführer. The number denotes the specific NSKK unit or motorized regiment to which the wearer belonged. The metal bar that should be between the "2" and the "26" is missing, although it appears there are holes in the tab showing where it once was.  The tabs were not manufactured originally as a matching pair as can be seen in the photos of the reverse, however both are uniform removed and may well have been worn together on the collar of the same NSKK tunic.
