The later "2nd style" Field Marshall board.  While many officers of this rank wore standard gold/silver braid boards, the gold-only board was instituted in 1941.  These boards are hollow and precision die-stamped (not cast).  Exquisite detail on the eagle/cross motif. Batons measure 47 mm from end to end, which is correct Based upon data observed by Mike Holverson of the Marshalls baton. Boards bullion shows good toning, with a slightly lighter appearance beneath the batons due to lack of exposure to light.  Original button from the tunic is present, with one piece of thread through one of the holes (possibly uniform removed).
