Cast in a brass-based alloy with a nickel finish, it retains sharp feather and wreath detailing. The finial is complete with the period hollow spacing disc and threaded rod, showing typical oxidation and wear from long-term exposure. These were fitted to the flag poles for Political Leaders' standards during the era. A well-preserved, authentic example with strong surface detail.
