Near flawless example of an Army (Heer) dagger manufactured by WKC.  Exterior is 100% silver plated with 90% or better factory lacquer on the scabbard, creating that "matte silver" finish popular among collectors.  Grip is perfect, blade is perfect.  This is a superlative example.
