High quality leather pouch is maker marked by "Cross" and impressed "Germany". It contains various folding utensils. The initials of the original owner "G.R.B." are impressed on the front flap and a Day of Police day badge has been mounted to the front area. Since this was a privately purchased item, it could have been owned by a citizen of any country and could date from the prewar or postwar periods.
