Description
This very rare sword is one of the first blades used by SS officers during the third Reich. It is an Alco manufactured, silver lions, head sword. Features a political eagle on the obverse which separates it from other non-political branches. Complete with worn but original to the piece SS officers sword knot (no tag). Pete is 85% and blade which is plated is very nice with just a couple of very small nicks down near the front of the tip.
