These would have been submitted to the RZM office by every manufacturer who made these, for approval prior to production. In this case, the rank is Gaul level (red piped) Haputbereitschaftleiter rank. They are in MINT condition. You won't find another pair! Complete with wax-paper submission envelope. MINT condition.
