For the collector looking for a project. This CAN be restored through shaping and care, to be a very nice visor. All parts are original to the piece, and it just needs some cleaning and care. Bill needs to be resewn to the body. This is what many hats look like after they've been stuffed in a "seabag" and brought back from the war. Enjoy the fun and challenge!
